A marketing specialist is required for a property management company. Field work requires excellent relationships with property owners and buildings. He should be able to bring properties to the company for management. He will have a salary and a percentage from contracts, provided he can bring building owners to contract with the company to manage their properties.

Core Tasks and Responsibilities: • Effective Communication: Manage communication channels with customers (phone, WhatsApp, meetings) and respond to inquiries in a professional manner that builds trust. • Portfolio Presentation: Provide a comprehensive explanation of the office's services (design, supervision, engineering consulting) in a way that highlights the competitive value. • Closing Sales: Smart follow-up with potential clients and converting interest into successfully signed contracts. • Commitment to Sales Targets: Work hard to achieve the required monthly target to ensure the office's market share growth. • Relationship Management: Build a customer database and ensure continuity of dealings with them, providing periodic reports on achieved accomplishments. Requirements: • Proven experience in sales or business development (preferably in engineering, real estate, or contracting). • High negotiation skills and an innate ability to persuade and close deals. • Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven system. • High eloquence in speaking and the ability to simplify engineering concepts for clients. • Proactivity and the ability to work independently to achieve results.
