Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Purpose:
To provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining a professional and positive company image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner.

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and promotions.

  • Process orders, applications, forms, and requests.

  • Maintain customer records by updating account information in the system.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

Job Objective

To manage and execute the company's projects with high efficiency, along with developing the retail sector, and building strategic relationships with architects, consultants, and developers, contributing to achieving growth and sales targets.


Main Responsibilities

  • Attracting New Projects: Searching for project opportunities in the sanitary ware sector (faucets and bathroom accessories) and negotiating with clients, architects, and developers to ensure acquisition.

  • Project Management: Monitoring all stages of projects from planning, execution, to final delivery, while adhering to timelines, budgets, and specified standards.

  • Coordinating Operations: Collaborating with sales, design, and procurement teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and with high quality.

  • Building Strong Professional Relationships: Establishing and maintaining continuous relationships with architects, consultants, developers, and clients to ensure their satisfaction and continuity of collaboration.

  • Quality Monitoring: Ensuring all projects comply with the quality and safety standards of sanitary ware.

  • Reporting: Providing periodic reports to management on project progress, challenges, and solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience
