The customer activation officer is the link between the customer and the platform from the moment the first payment transaction is completed. His main task is to accompany the customer during the first 7 days to ensure that he reaches full activation by achieving at least 10 successful connection events (completed calls or outgoing WhatsApp messages), with a target activation rate of 60% at the level of the assigned portfolio. This includes early communication with the customer, qualifying and training him on the platform, activating his numbers and WhatsApp business account, and monitoring his daily activity and proactively intervening when necessary to remove any operational or technical obstacles.
