Job Summary

Responsible for preparing great pizza and other menu items in a timely and proper manner.
Ensure food is served to standard quality, adhering to cleanliness, health standards, and food safety.

Main Responsibilities

Products

• Ensure the preparation of pizza and other products according to the latest work guidelines.

• Practice and adhere to proper dough management by prepping ahead of peak times (PRP).

Service

• Always welcome customers with a smile and enthusiasm, ensuring their satisfaction.

• Take customer orders while adhering to order-taking etiquette.

Appearance

• Adhere to wearing the complete uniform and follow personal hygiene and overall appearance standards.

• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant.

• Apply the principle of "cleanliness during work".

Food Safety

• Wash hands properly and wear gloves before preparing products.

• Clean and sanitize tools and equipment every two hours or as needed.

• Follow the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle and notify management of expired products for disposal.

• Monitor equipment temperatures and regularly inform management, adhering to municipal guidelines and food safety.

• Always prepare and use triple sink stations (wash, rinse, sanitize).

Safety and Loss Prevention

• Always adhere to personal safety and branch safety guidelines.

• Ensure correct handling of cash and be able to detect counterfeit bills.

Other Duties

• Perform any other tasks assigned from time to time.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
