Responsible for preparing great pizza and other menu items in a timely and proper manner.
Ensure food is served to standard quality, adhering to cleanliness, health standards, and food safety.

Food Safety
Wash hands properly and wear gloves before preparing products.
Clean and sanitize tools and equipment every two hours or as needed.
Follow the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle and notify management of expired products for disposal.
Monitor equipment temperatures and regularly inform management, adhering to municipal guidelines and food safety.
Always prepare and use triple sink stations (wash, rinse, sanitize).
