Program Beginner training with employment To qualify national cadres to work in the retail sector, through practical training inside the store and a weekly training day at the academy, with direct employment. Work system: Weekly training day at the academy. 5 working days a week in the store. One weekly day off (variable according to the schedule). Variable shifts (morning/evening). Paid training. It is required to be prepared to work during peak seasons and periods of pressure. Working in a mixed environment. Tasks and responsibilities: Familiarity with the branch's sections and products. Receiving and serving customers professionally. Continuously arranging and organizing shelves. Working on the accounting system (cashier) and completing sales transactions. Opening and closing the showroom according to the work schedule. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work environment. Achieving sales goals and contributing to increasing revenues. Conditions: The applicant must not be currently enrolled in school. No commercial registration in the name of the applicant. No valid medical insurance. Willingness to work variable shifts. Ability to work during peak seasons. Seriousness, discipline, and ability to handle work pressure. Ability to work as part of a team. Must have achieved a secondary school average of 70% or more.
