About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, ensuring the safety and security of all personnel, contractors, and assets. This role is critical in overseeing site-wide security operations, managing compliance, and supporting emergency responses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Security Management: Monitor and ensure compliance with site-wide security procedures for all contractors.
  • Contractor Oversight: Support QIC security contractors in delivering comprehensive site security solutions.
  • Access Control: Conduct audits and checks on access management systems, detour arrangements, and gate operations.
  • Governance & Interface Review: Ensure all contractors align with established security protocols and governance structures.
  • Incident Response: Coordinate swift response during incidents, including guiding emergency services and managing cordons.
  • Area Control: Secure affected areas post-incident for proper investigation by authorities.
  • Traffic Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report daily vehicle movement, including volumes of light vehicles, buses, and HGVs entering/exiting site.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Certification Required: Security Cadre Training Certificate
  • Good Conduct Certificate issued by local authorities
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a security supervisory role, with hands-on experience in security systems and technologies, monitoring and surveillance equipment, incident reporting, and emergency coordination.
