• Proficient in handling UTP and fiber cables (CAT5, CAT5e, CAT6, fiber MM, fiber SM).
• Skilled in bunching, terminating, and testing UTP cables.
• Ability to install various pipeline systems including trunks, ducts, flex pipes, and EMT pipes.
• Experience with equipment such as Fluke, Fusion splicer, Mechanical splicer, OTDR, Power meters, and light sources.
• Competent in performing fiber optic tests and troubleshooting issues.
• Technical understanding of loss and attenuation principles.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications, especially Excel and the Internet; eager to learn new software.

Job Summary:

The intern works in the IT department under the supervision of the IT team to support daily technical operations and participate in the implementation of technical projects. The aim of the training is to provide the intern with practical knowledge and skills in technical support, networking, and computer systems, with a focus on professional development and building experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in solving technical issues for company employees (Level 1 Technical Support).

• Participating in the installation and setup of computers, printers, and other technical equipment.

• Contributing to maintaining and monitoring internal networks (LAN/Wi-Fi) and ensuring they operate efficiently.

• Updating software and operating systems as needed and ensuring compatibility with company policies.

• Documenting faults, repairs, and technical notes to develop the internal knowledge base.

• Supporting the team in technical projects such as systems development, cybersecurity, or digital transformation.

• Adhering to information security policies and maintaining data confidentiality.

Required Qualifications:

• University student or recent graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
