A host(ess) is needed to work in a high-end restaurant, with a smart appearance and an attractive and polite personality, with or without experience. They will be responsible for welcoming guests with a smile and greeting, organizing waiting lists, and guiding customers to their tables in a professional manner. Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred, along with the ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
Main tasks:
• Welcoming guests at the entrance of the restaurant
• Efficiently organizing and managing waiting lists
• Guiding customers to their tables and providing menus
• Coordinating with the serving staff and restaurant management
• Responding to customer inquiries and phone reservations
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the reception area
• Dealing with complaints and comments in a professional manner
• Assisting in organizing special events and large reservations
