The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating consistent daily orders and ensuring customer satisfaction through expert advice and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily visits to workshops, dealers, and retailers to promote Matar Holding Company's auto parts products, convert leads into orders, and achieve set sales targets.
  • Maintain a strong presence within the assigned territory, ensuring consistent customer engagement and opening new accounts to expand market share.
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of car makes and models, fast-moving SKUs, prevailing pricing trends, and competitor offerings to effectively guide customers and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Develop and nurture trust-based relationships with mechanics, shop owners, and purchasing managers to foster repeat business and ensure customer loyalty.
  • Ensure all orders adhere to approved price lists, maintain healthy profit margins, and avoid unauthorized discounts.
  • Provide timely and accurate market intelligence reports to management, including competitor pricing, promotions, and overall market activities, to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate effectively with the branch sales team and logistics department to ensure product availability, facilitate timely deliveries, and guarantee a smooth customer experience.
  • Actively introduce and promote new company SKUs, such as coolants and radiators, educating customers on their benefits and driving adoption.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A high school certificate is acceptable, provided the candidate possesses proven market experience.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the automotive spare parts market within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including key players such as workshops, retailers, and distributors.
  • Possess knowledge of various car makes and models and the ability to accurately match them with the correct spare parts.
  • Be familiar with fast-moving versus slow-moving SKUs, understand typical pricing structures, and be aware of standard trade margins within the industry.
  • Exhibit awareness of competitors' products, their pricing strategies, and ongoing promotional activities.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of outdoor sales experience specifically within the automotive spare parts sector is required.
  • A proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets is mandatory.
  • Possess an established network of customer relationships and a strong presence within the market.

The PSSR serves as a critical link between customers, service teams, and parts operations, aiming to maximize aftermarket revenue while providing timely technical and commercial support. Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell genuine spare parts, accessories, and aftermarket solutions to retail and internal customers.
