You will provide services including haircuts, beard grooming, shaves, and various grooming rituals that combine precision and luxury.
Key Responsibilities:- Men’s Grooming Services: Professional haircuts, beard trims, straight razor shaves, scalp care, and grooming services.
- Guest Experience & Personalization: Conduct thorough consultations and maintain a comfortable grooming environment.
- Salon Standards & Operations: Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of tools and workstations while following health and safety protocols.
- Additional Services & Events: Support special grooming requests and collaborate with the spa team for seamless service.
Qualifications:- Certified and licensed Barber with formal training.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury barbershop.
- Strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
