Main tasks:

• Answer incoming calls and provide immediate assistance to customers

• Document and record all calls and transactions in the company's system

• Solve customer problems and provide appropriate solutions

• Achieve performance indicators in terms of the number of calls and quality of service

• Follow up with relevant departments to ensure customer complaints are resolved

• Participate in improving service quality and developing work procedures

Customer service representative is required to work in the center to respond to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions to their problems with professionalism and expertise. •Working hours: from 5 PM to 1 AM (8 hours daily).
