Achieving the monthly sales target
- Welcoming all customers as soon as they enter the showroom
- Building a positive relationship with customers, understanding their needs, and offering them the appropriate product
- Handling customer complaints positively, attempting to resolve all their issues, and escalating the matter to the direct manager if resolution is not possible
- Handling exchange and return requests for all customers according to the instructions followed at the time, and adhering to the instructions for goods reservation
- Providing high-level customer service by treating the customer professionally, listening to the customer, giving them adequate attention, following the five principles of customer service, and maintaining continuous communication with the customer via phone, SMS, email, and all available methods, and informing the customer about all new goods and services
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the workspace
- Maintaining a presentable appearance and adhering to the full official uniform
- Following management instructions regarding previously announced labor laws (such as announcements regarding working hours, breaks, meal times and locations, entry and exit, work visits, leaves, and so on)
