About the Role:The Alliance Recruitment Agency is seeking a skilled
General Accountant to join our team in Riyadh. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate financial management and compliance within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Accounts Payable: Process vendor and supplier invoices accurately and timely, verify approvals, and code accounts. Prepare and manage cheques and associated reports, ensuring compliance with vendor schedules.
- Accounts Receivable: Monitor and verify revenue collections and reconcile statements monthly.
- Payroll: Maintain knowledge of payroll processing.
- General Ledger: Assist in monthly general ledger reconciliations and prepare bank reconciliations for the Director of Finance. Keep records updated in ERP systems and assist in annual budget preparation.
- General Office Support: Offer assistance to office staff as needed, with knowledge of VAT filing being a plus.
Qualifications:- Minimum 35 years of experience as an accountant, preferably in the educational or healthcare sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamic 365, is essential.
