• Inventory Management & Control
  • Oversee inventory control activities, including ordering, receiving, and transferring stock to designated locations.
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels for retail, bulk, and consumable items.
  • Conduct inventory reconciliation, analyze discrepancies, and identify root causes.
  • Perform physical stock counts and verify records for accuracy, adjusting errors as necessary.
  • Manage the return process for damaged and non-usable products, including documentation and reporting.
  • Conduct a complete inventory of linen items within the system.
• Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of all stock transactions.
  • Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on consumption, inventory levels, shortages, and depletion trends.
  • Develop and improve operational procedures to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.
  • Apply and enforce company policies and industry standards for inventory management and cost control.
• Operational Compliance & Coordination
  • Ensure adherence to standards and procedures established by the IZIL Supply Chain, Spa team, and Accounts policy.
  • Collaborate with the Finance and Supply Chain departments for financial reconciliation and reporting.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of improvements to existing inventory procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Location Manager, Supply Chain, or Finance Departments.

• Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in inventory recording.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and ERP systems.
• Basic accounting knowledge and experience with inventory management principles.

• Prior experience in the Retail or Beauty industry.
• Knowledge of NetSuite ERP and Mindbody Solution is a plus.

• Perform routine administrative duties such as managing correspondence, filing, and document preparation.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
• Handle incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and inquiries professionally.
• Support managers in day-to-day administrative activities.
• Manage bookings for flights, hotels, and transportation for company trips.
• Act as the primary point of contact for staff regarding travel inquiries and last-minute changes.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling office documents.

• A minimum of a high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Saudi Nationality is a mandatory requirement.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Office Management, or any relevant discipline.
• Recent graduate (Females only).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email applications.
• Intermediate English proficiency (reading and writing).
• Seriousness, commitment, and ability to learn quickly.
• Available for immediate start.

• Location: Riyadh – Al Yasmin District.
• Working Days: 5 days a week.
• Working Hours: 8 hours daily (subject to increase based on workload).
• Gross Salary: 5,000 Saudi Riyals.

• Content creation: Writing advertising texts (Copywriting) and storytelling that highlights the luxury of the products.
• Art production: Filming and producing modern visual content using mobile, with careful tracking of the latest global trends.
• Technical accuracy: Ensuring that product data and manufacturing numbers (MPN) match the displayed marketing content to ensure professionalism.
