Main Responsibilities:

• Document financial transactions and maintain accurate records of purchases and sales.
• Enter and manage data into computer systems, including invoices, financial documents, and various accounts.
• Classify and record financial transactions systematically for ease of understanding and use by system users.
• Manage the tabulation and classification of diverse expenses.
• Ensure confidentiality and privacy of all financial information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

We are looking for a general accountant to join our accounting team as a financial assistant, where they will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements for our branches in Riyadh and Dammam, reviewing daily accounting operations, and managing accounts payable and receivable, in addition to ensuring compliance with the applicable accounting standards. The position requires experience in using various accounting software, preparing monthly and annual financial reports, tracking inventory and fixed assets, while ensuring the accuracy of financial data and meeting reporting deadlines. The ideal candidate should have a university degree in accounting or finance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure, with proficiency in Office programs, especially Excel, and specialized accounting software such as Odoo.
