Required Skills:



  • Proficiency in preparing and recording daily accounting entries.
  • Previous practical experience in a real estate company or construction company.
  • Good knowledge of tax systems:
    • Value Added Tax (VAT).
    • Property Tax Refund.
    • Real Estate Transaction Tax.
    • Zakat.

  • Ability to calculate and analyze costs.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software such as: entries and DRP Systems.
  • Skill in preparing financial and accounting reports.
  • Good skills in dealing with suppliers and customers.




Job Responsibilities:



  • Accurately recording and documenting daily entries according to accounting standards.
  • Monitoring bank account movements and ensuring balance match.
  • Preparing and reviewing monthly and annual financial and accounting reports.
  • Calculating zakat and taxes (value added - property refund - property transactions).
  • Following up on accounts receivable and payable and financial settlements with customers and suppliers.
  • Monitoring costs for real estate or contracting projects and submitting reports on them.
  • Assisting in preparing financial statements (income statement – balance sheet – cash flows).
  • Using accounting systems efficiently and inputting financial data in an organized manner.
  • Cooperating with accounting and external auditing offices when necessary.
  • Adhering to the approved financial policies and procedures in the company.
