- Maintain and ensure quality of candidate records.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations throughout the hiring process.
- Create effective job advertisements for hiring.
Qualifications:- Proven recruitment experience.
- Strong screening, interviewing, and negotiating skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Deep subject matter expertise in talent acquisition.
