Join BAE Systems as a Safety Manager!We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to support our safety initiatives. As a Safety Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Safety to establish and maintain the Safety & Environmental Management System (SEMS) for our operations in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and facilitate the Safety and Environment Management System (SEMS).
- Act as the main contact for all safety related issues, communicating with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Produce and maintain the Safety and Environmental Management Plan.
- Manage safety risks and ensure effective issue resolution.
- Ensure thorough investigation of accidents and implement preventive measures.
- Oversee safety and environmental audits and ensure compliance.
- Lead the Project Safety & Environmental Committee.
- Foster a culture of safety among all personnel.
Requirements:- Honours degree in a safety-related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
- Practical knowledge of aircraft maintenance and airworthiness.
- Strong technical and interpersonal skills.
