This position requires experience in using various accounting programs and preparing monthly and annual financial reports, in addition to ensuring compliance with the established accounting standards. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills and high accuracy in work, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

We are looking for an experienced General Accountant to join our finance team, where they will be responsible for managing daily financial records and ensuring the accuracy of accounting data. The role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and account management, as well as the ability to prepare and analyze financial reports.

**Tasks and Responsibilities:**

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial operations, including the accurate recording of all financial transactions.
• Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Maintain precise general ledger entries, ensuring all financial activities are properly documented.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
• Actively participate in and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial insights and analysis.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing.
• Support effective cash flow management to optimize the company's financial liquidity.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, internal policies, and local regulations.
• Assist with internal and external audits and provide support for financial analysis as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and general ledger management.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, preferably in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet applications, including ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Proven ability to manage accounts payable and receivable processes, conduct reconciliations, and track cash flow effectively.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all numerical work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, effectively prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is considered an advantage.
