Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling and networking.
- Conduct thorough research to understand the specific training and development requirements of potential students.
- Develop relationships with learners for repeat business or referrals.
- Present and demonstrate training academy programs to address learners' needs.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements and successfully close sales.
- Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure programs meet or exceed student expectations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide post-sales support and maintain strong relationships for customer satisfaction.
- Handle class coordination and student queries.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or education.
- Proven sales experience, ideally in the training and education industry.
- Effective negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
- Deep understanding of the academy's programs and their alignment with student needs.
- Knowledge of training and development programs.
