Job Summary:In the role of Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial part in maintaining optimal inventory levels across Kitopi warehouses. You will be responsible for data gathering, stock movement tracking, and ensuring kitchen efficiency.
What You'll Do:- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
- Ensure accurate fulfillment of kitchen orders and maintain stock accuracy.
- Implement best practices for layout, safety, and material handling.
- Manage and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity targets.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through regular counts and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
- Track warehouse KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
What We're Looking For:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 57 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Strong leadership skills and experience with WMS or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety standards.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
