Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure proper inventory control procedures are followed.
- Implement and maintain warehouse layout for optimal space utilization.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular physical inventory counts.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to manage stock replenishment.
- Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport providers.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective shipment of goods.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international logistics regulations.
- Enforce health and safety standards in the warehouse.
- Oversee the safe handling and storage of hazardous materials (if applicable).
- Prepare reports on inventory levels, logistics performance, and operational issues.
- Maintain records for audits, inspections, and reporting to management.
- Use Warehouse Management Systems (ERP-Odoo) for tracking and reporting.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree.
- 35 years of experience in Logistics and Warehouse management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
