• Accounting diploma.
• The applicant must have membership of accountants from the Saudi Organization for Auditors and Accountants (Socpa) or obtain it later. 
• Maintain a decent appearance.
• Work with other department colleagues in the periodic inventory process.
• Continuously work on self-education to increase knowledge.
• Provide high-level customer service by treating the customer professionally, listening to the customer, giving them attention, following the five principles of customer service, and maintaining continuous communication through messages and all available means, and informing the customer of everything new in merchandise.
• Handle customer complaints positively and attempt to solve the problem, and escalate the issue to the direct manager if the solution is not possible.
• Deal with exchange and return requests for all customers according to the applicable instructions.
• Follow the company's security and safety instructions and fully cooperate with the security department.
• Review the showroom manager in any problem that hinders the workflow to solve it.
• Follow all instructions issued by management.
