Job opportunity as a maintenance supervisor at Al-Muna Plastic Products FactoryWe are looking for a talented maintenance supervisor to join our team. You will have the opportunity to improve operations and guide the maintenance team to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:- Prepare a plan and work program to ensure the workflow runs efficiently.
- Follow up on procedures for determining the type and nature of maintenance and estimating the quantity and cost of necessary materials.
- Distribute tasks among the maintenance team members and follow up and evaluate the team's performance.
- Assess the training needs of the maintenance team and coordinate training programs.
- Prepare preventive maintenance programs and follow up on their implementation.
- Classify, organize, and document work results and provide necessary reports.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
- Certified Professional Engineer (CPE) preferred.
- Knowledge of maintenance planning systems and supervisory skills.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English preferred.
