Job responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner.

• Manage appointments, including booking, rescheduling, and cancellations.

• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.

• Coordinate with salon staff to ensure services are delivered efficiently.

• Keep the reception area clean and organized.

• Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.

• Employee Management: Maintain and update employee files regularly; coordinate annual and sick leave; and provide clear communication and instructions to all employees.
• Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws; respond to employee inquiries regarding labor updates; ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations; and handle negotiations related to contracts.
• Recruitment and Hiring: Advertise job vacancies; collect, screen resumes; and coordinate interviews.
• Documentation: Send reminders regarding official holidays and ensure timely notifications are communicated effectively.
• New Employee Orientation: Develop and implement orientation and training programs for newcomers, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.

• Saudi nationality (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• No prior experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong negotiation skills and good understanding of labor laws.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• A university degree or diploma at a minimum in any specialization.
• Excellent communication skills and politeness in dealing.
• Proficient in using a computer.
• High organization and ability to manage time.
