An marketing specialist is required to work in a leading company in the field of trade and marketing, with at least 3 years of experience in digital and traditional marketing. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the company's position in the market and increase sales. The job holder will perform the following tasks: • Manage and develop digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms • Analyze market and competitors' data and prepare marketing reports • Develop innovative and engaging marketing content • Manage relationships with marketing partners and suppliers • Plan and execute marketing events and exhibitions • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement • Work on developing the brand and enhancing the company's image

• Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties at the right price under the best conditions.
• Identifying customer needs and their financial capabilities to propose suitable solutions.
• Conducting negotiations and consultations with clients regarding market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and issues.
• Ensuring data accuracy and ensuring fair and honest dealings.
• Conducting market comparisons to estimate property values.
• Presenting and marketing properties to potential buyers.
• Preparing necessary documents such as ownership contracts, lease contracts, and various agreements.
• Managing property auctions or real estate exchanges.
• Maintaining and updating lists of available properties and features.
• Collaborating with appraisers, insurance companies, lenders, and quality experts.
• Developing networks and collaborating with mortgage lawyers and contractors.
• Boosting sales through various promotional channels and advertisements.
• Staying informed about the real estate market and best practices in the field.
