About the Job:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with direct experience in the pipes industry to support our sales and operations teams in managing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, and providing professional service to contractors and project clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries related specifically to pipes and piping systems products.
  • Process and manage sales orders, quotations, and order confirmations for pipe products.
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Follow up on order status, deliveries, and customer requirements.
