Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (master’s degree is a plus). • 3 to 7 years of experience in infrastructure contracting within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. • Strong understanding of bidding procedures, pricing methodologies, and execution practices. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimation software (like Candy or CostX or similar). • Proficiency in English is a must, and Arabic is a plus. • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills.
