Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales & marketing plans for Life Safety/Emergency Lighting Systems in Saudi Arabia.
- Create annual and long-term action plans to meet Eaton’s growth targets.
- Ensure timely and accurate quotations for projects.
- Deliver sales analysis to management on a regular basis.
- Provide technical support to secure client design approvals and offer commissioning support as needed.
- Collaborate with Local Authorities for necessary certifications and approvals.
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users.
- Guide management on product requirements for target markets to maximize market share.
- Manage distributor relations to ensure client satisfaction and serviceability of equipment.
- Coordinate with other Eaton divisions to promote cross-selling in the region.

Qualifications:
- Graduate Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Sales and Marketing of Electrical Systems in Saudi Arabia.

Skills:
- Technical knowledge in Emergency Lighting or Safety Systems is essential.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in electrical products and instrumentation.
- Must possess a transferable Iqama; Saudi nationals are encouraged to apply.
