Sales Employee – Off-plan Sales (Wafi)

Working Hours:
Daily from 400 PM until 1000 PM

General Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced sales employee in the field of off-plan sales within the Wafi program, to join our team and contribute to achieving sales targets for real estate projects under development. The employee will be responsible for welcoming clients, explaining project details, and completing sales transactions according to the “Wafi” systems and regulatory standards.



Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Welcoming clients and providing a detailed explanation of real estate projects under development.
• Marketing and selling real estate units according to the off-plan sales system (Wafi).
• Building strong relationships with clients and responding to their inquiries professionally.
• Following up with potential clients and converting them into actual clients.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and execute sales.
• Preparing periodic reports on sales and new opportunities.
• Complying with the regulations and guidelines issued by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.



Qualifications and Required Experience:
• At least two years of experience in the real estate sales field, preferably in off-plan sales (Wafi).
• Good knowledge of the systems and regulations of the Wafi program.
• High communication skills and the ability to persuade.
• Proficiency in using computers.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work regularly in the evening.
