Your Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic and operational leadership across the Food & Beverage division.
- Assist the Hotel Manager and General Manager in coordinating aspects of operations.
- Drive revenues, control expenses, and ensure profitability of outlets.
- Lead and train colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.
Operational Excellence:Ensure quality and consistency of service standards, conduct regular operational reviews, and optimize workflows in collaboration with outlet managers.
Financial Accountability:Oversee budgeting and financial planning, ensuring outlet profitability and cost-efficiency while driving new revenue initiatives.
People & Culture:Build a high-performance leadership team, support succession planning, and promote a culture of development and training within the F&B division.
Requirements:Essentials include a management qualification (hotel or business school) and over 3 years of senior F&B leadership experience in a luxury multi-venue environment.
