- Negotiate contracts regarding individual and group business.
- Analyze sales and marketing results, proposing corrective actions when necessary.
- Explore industry data and developments beneficial to the hotel.
- Maintain a robust customer database for effective tracking and management.
- Prepare weekly activity reports detailing sales calls, meetings, and functions participated in.
