Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with company goals
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis with cross-department collaboration
  • Prepare accurate financial reports and deliver actionable insights
  • Oversee daily financial operations (A/P, A/R, payroll, compliance)
  • Implement strong internal controls to protect company assets
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations & auditing standards
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Optimize and enhance financial systems and processes
  • Collaborate across departments to integrate financial planning into decision-making

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related (CFA/CPA or Master’s is a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic finance leadership
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus!)
  • Strong knowledge of reporting, budgeting, forecasting & compliance
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial tools (especially Excel!)
  • Strategic thinker with sharp attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication & collaboration abilities
