Sales Specialist (Hybrid Working System)

Makana Real Estate Services announces a job vacancy for a Sales Specialist under a hybrid work system (two weeks on-site + two weeks remote) according to the following conditions and requirements:

Type of Work: Hybrid (two weeks in-office + two weeks remote)

Working Hours:

• From Sunday to Thursday (8 hours daily)

• Saturday (4 hours)

Required Qualifications:

1. Good communication skills

2. Ability to persuade and sell and close deals

3. Enthusiasm and a strong desire for success and achieving goals

4. Previous experience in real estate marketing or sales (an added advantage)

5. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets

Responsibilities:

1. Continuous communication with clients interested in real estate

2. Persuasion and effective follow-up with clients until the deal is completed

3. Follow-up on the completion of sales operations and ensure customer satisfaction after the sale

4. Teamwork and coordination with the marketing team to achieve the company's goals

Benefits:

1. Fixed salary of 2500 Saudi Riyals per month

2. Sales commissions up to 15000 Saudi Riyals for each sale

• Searching for reliable wood suppliers (such as MDF, HDF, natural wood, plywood, treated wood, and other types of wood), and the materials related to production (such as glue, nails, hinges, handles, and others).
• Negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best prices and commercial terms.
• Preparing purchase orders and ensuring the accuracy of their details and following up until receipt.
• Coordinating with technical departments (such as the design or production department) to accurately determine material and raw material needs.
• Ensuring the quality of supplied materials and their compliance with required specifications.
• Following up with inventory to ensure the availability of sufficient quantities of basic raw materials.
• Preparing periodic reports on purchasing movements, suppliers, and prices.
• Visiting exhibitions and markets for wooden materials to expand the supplier network.

Main tasks:

• Receiving customers and providing support and advice to them.

• Displaying products and explaining their features and benefits.

• Preparing and pricing invoices and coordinating sales operations.

• Following up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction.

• Maintaining the organization and order of the showroom or store.

• Monitoring inventory and informing management of needs.

Required qualifications:

• Previous experience in the field of construction materials or plumbing and electrical installations.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade.

• Ability to work under pressure and within a team.

• Punctuality and discipline in work.
