Key Responsibilities:- Conduct studies and analyses to identify performance indicators and update customer service procedures.
- Develop advanced programs and ensure customer expectations in terms of service quality.
- Analyze data to identify strengths and weaknesses in customer service systems.
- Prepare documents and reports and provide appropriate recommendations.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in any of the following fields: Advertising, Public Relations, Customer Service, Executive Secretarial.
Required Skills:- Advanced customer service skills.
- Skills in quality assurance and after-sales management.
- Ability to prepare reports and analyze customer data.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
