Role Overview:
We are looking for a Maintenance Industrial Supervisor who will be responsible for ensuring the optimal availability of production and utility equipment. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining production and utility equipment at an optimum level.
  • Implementing Equipment Reliability Techniques to eliminate losses and extend equipment life.
  • Conducting value analysis for spare part repairs or replacements.
  • Developing engineering solutions for repetitive failures affecting plant operations.
  • Managing compliance of PM activities and generating maintenance reports.
  • Evaluating and planning the development of the technical team.
  • Overseeing spare parts management and stock control.
  • Planning and scheduling third-party services in coordination with production.
  • Training teams on SAP PM/AM module applications.
  • Supporting risk assessment and developing countermeasures.
  • Ensuring compliance with BRF Sustainability Policy and ESG commitments.

Academic Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
