Job Description

Main duties and responsibilities
Making or receiving calls from current and potential customers to promote certain products and services, closing sales deals, contacting current customers for follow-up, receiving their feedback on products and services, and trying to resolve any issues that may arise. Documenting transactions by filling out forms and records, and maintaining a database of calls, results, and actions taken. Arranging visits for sales representatives, with the aim of promoting and selling products and services. Securing customer orders over the phone.
Achieving daily and monthly sales targets. • Submitting performance reports to the responsible supervisor. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of sales experience in the hotel or hospitality sector.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Analytical mindset to convert market data into sales strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM systems.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

• Manage financial transactions and prepare accurate financial reports.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile invoices.
• Maintain general ledgers and prepare monthly financial statements.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and support external audits.
• Collaborate with the senior finance team on various projects.

• Experience in the healthcare or fertility services sector is preferred.

• Monitor and control access to the facility, including entrances and exits.
• Verify identification of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security.
• Observe, report, and respond to suspicious activities or security incidents.
• Follow emergency procedures and report incidents to the supervisor.
• Maintain order and ensure compliance with security regulations.
• Prepare basic security reports when required.
