Key Responsibilities:- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism.
- Coach assistants to enhance selling behaviors and customer engagement.
- Examine eyes of patients in accordance with local guidelines.
- Issue prescriptions for spectacles or contact lenses.
- Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses.
- Liaise with other medical practitioners.
- Meet sales targets for eyewear products.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Licensed Optician by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
- Proven experience in a retail optical setting.
- In-depth knowledge of vision correction and frame styling.
- Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities.
