Job Title:
Project Management Specialist – Real Estate Auction Sector
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise the planning and full implementation of real estate auction projects.
- Coordinate with the Support and Liquidation Center (Enfath) and relevant entities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Follow up on the preparation of property studies (description, area, maps, aerial images, and investment features).
- Manage marketing and advertising operations for auctions (brochures - videos - banners - social media).
- Coordinate with real estate offices, suppliers, and advertising companies.
- Supervise the preparation of the auction site (banners - signage - hospitality - field organization).
- Receive inquiries from clients and investors and respond in coordination with the sales team.
- Monitor registration and participation processes for bidders.
- Prepare periodic reports on the progress of the auction and document all phases (before - during - after).
- Prepare handover minutes, meeting minutes, and final auction reports.
- Contribute to the development of work mechanisms to ensure improved quality of auction management and increased effectiveness.
Required Skills:
- Experience in managing real estate projects and auctions.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and instructions (Real Estate Authority – Enfath).
- High organizational skills and the ability to manage teams.
- Proficiency in preparing reports and presentations.
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with clients and government entities.
