🕓 Job: Call Center / Customer Service / Follow-up and respond to customers and achieve sales
We are looking for a candidate with a spirit of cooperation and professionalism to join our customer service at Meksar for Audio Systems.
The tasks include:
Responding to customers and their inquiries.
Managing customer messages across platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and Snapchat.
Following up with other departments and providing an exceptional customer experience.
Conditions:
Proficiency in the Saudi dialect and dealing with customers with good communication skills.
Previous experience in the same field is preferred.
Seriousness, commitment, and good time management.
Ability to use social media.
