Administrative employee and social media supervisor
🛠️ Required tasks:
•Follow up on WhatsApp and respond to clients.
•Manage work schedules, appointments, and files.
•Prepared letters, reports, invoices, and price offers using Office programs.
•Publish professional content on the company's accounts (Instagram, Snap, X).
•Coordinate with technicians and engineers and follow up on work.
•Any other administrative tasks using Office programs.
🧠 Qualifications and Experience:
•Full proficiency in Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
•Good understanding of social media platforms and ways of publishing and interaction.
•Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
•Ability to organize tasks and work under pressure.
•Located in Dhahrat Laban or nearby, and having transportation is preferred.
•Previous experience in an administrative field is preferred.
•Having transportation (car).
🕓 Work Hours:
Full time – from Sunday to Thursday
