Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to work in Riyadh City, who will be responsible for supervising maintenance work for branches, accommodations, and vehicles, ensuring operational readiness, controlling maintenance costs, and coordinating with internal teams and approved contractors.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Supervising all periodic and emergency maintenance work for branches and accommodations
Organizing and following up on maintenance requests and prioritizing them
Coordinating with technicians and contractors and following up on the quality of the executed work
Monitoring maintenance costs and reviewing invoices
Preparing periodic reports on maintenance work and recurring failures
Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure continuity of operations
Qualifications and Requirements
Previous experience in maintenance or facilities management
Ability to organize, follow up, and manage time
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Experience in restaurant or operational environments is preferred
