We would like to hire a receptionist at the National Health Insurance Center in Riyadh

Working hours: 9 hours

Number of working days: 5 days a week from Sunday to Thursday

Annual leave: 21 days

Gross salary: 5000 Riyals

Hostess (host) required to work in a fine restaurant, possessing a stylish appearance and an attractive personality, and able to deal with guests in an elegant and courteous manner. Complete proficiency in Arabic and English is required. We are looking for a person who is flexible with working hours and has the ability to work under pressure.

Main tasks: • Welcoming guests and guiding them to their tables in a professional manner • Organizing waiting lists and managing reservations efficiently • Continuous coordination with the restaurant staff to ensure an exceptional experience for guests • Answering customer inquiries and dealing with their complaints professionally • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the reception area • Monitoring table movement and ensuring smooth workflow

### **Tasks and Responsibilities:**
- Design professional and attractive visual content for social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Prepare designs for print materials such as brochures, posters, booklets, and paper advertisements.
- Design advertising and visual materials for digital platforms, such as websites and applications.
- Implement designs according to the marketing team's requirements and ensure visual identity consistency.
- Improve and modify designs based on feedback and revisions.
- Follow trends and modern directions in graphic design to ensure creative content.

### **Qualifications and Requirements:**
- No experience required, but strong design skills and a willingness to learn and develop are preferred.
- Proficiency or good knowledge of design programs such as **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.**
- Ability to innovate and produce appealing and trendy designs.
- Basic understanding of design requirements for social media platforms and print.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Possession of a portfolio that showcases the level of design skills.
