Job Title: Accountant

v  Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 

v  Job Relation: Financial Officer

v  Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1-  Implement the approved financial and accounting procedures in the clinics.

2- Monitor all documents issued and received by the accounting department, and ensure their accuracy and presence of necessary signatures.

3-  Review the accounting vouchers and approve them before recording them in the corresponding accounts.

4- Supervise the recording of all accounting documents in their respective accounts and according to the applicable computer systems and programs on the basis of the approved accounting cycle.

5-  Collect, follow-up, and maintain the accounts receivable and payable statements, audit the aging tables monthly and follow up on collecting debts with clients.

6- Audit payroll tables monthly, and ensure the correctness of calculating additions and deductions on employees' and clients' entitlements, and input any adjustments in the employees' positions and work on their files in the computer.

7- Supervise the issuance of payment vouchers and prepare the related checks, after ensuring the correctness of attached documents and following up on obtaining the necessary signatures on checks according to applicable authorities.

8- Prepare bank reconciliation statements monthly, show differences (if any), inform the financial manager for review, and prepare the necessary reconciliation entries.

9- Supervise the periodic and annual inventory of fixed assets and materials and reconcile them with the balances of respective accounts.

10-                Prepare the closing accounts at the end of the financial year.

11-                Propose developing general financial policies for the clinics and present them to the financial manager for approval.

12-                Ensure all departments adhere to the financial instructions for the clinics.

13-                Monitor cash collection and disbursement operations and ensure they are conducted according to established procedures and that they

14-               are within the limits of the approved administrative and financial authorities.
