We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and implementing HR policies. The ideal candidate will handle payroll administration, coordinate training programs, and assist in performance management while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations. Key responsibilities include conducting job interviews, processing employee documentation, developing HR initiatives, managing benefits administration, and fostering a positive work environment through effective employee relations.

• Conduct recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Manage employee affairs, including contracts, leave, attendance, and termination of services.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Monitor professional training and development plans for employees.
• Supervise performance evaluation processes and provide necessary recommendations for improvement.
• Handle employee inquiries and grievances and resolve conflicts within the workplace.
• Maintain records and documents for inspection purposes when requested.
• Prepare HR-related periodic reports and submit them to management.

• Experience in human resources management.
• Good knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR regulations.
