• Ensuring to deal with visitors and calls in a warm and nice and professional manner, while trying to anticipate their needs as much as possible.

• Following the security procedures for registering visitors and guests, and managing the visitor log in an Excel file.

• Managing and directing visitors arriving at the office, especially government officials, clients, suppliers, and other guests, including gathering the necessary information about the purpose of their visit and informing the relevant person of that.

• Having the necessary skills to deal with any complaints from clients or visitors in a professional and respectful manner, and referring them to the appropriate person when needed.

• Dealing with visitor cards, keeping written records of visitors, issuing temporary visitor cards, and ensuring their return after the visit; in addition to controlling all entry doors and communicating with the security company in case of any issues.

• Managing daily requests from on-site employees.

• Recording, tracking, and updating help requests related to equipment breakdowns and necessary improvements, updating the status as needed.

• Managing and issuing permanent and temporary cards, activating and distributing them.

• Maintaining the filing system at the reception and regularly updating it according to CBRE procedures, with adherence to health and safety procedures and reporting any risks, and attending CBRE trainings.

• Receiving all postal shipments and keeping a record of all received shipments.

• Ensuring compliance with security and emergency procedures for clients at all times, and actively participating in building evacuations according to incident control procedures.

• Following up on attendance and absence records and regularly updating the list.

• Collaborating with colleagues to share daily reports and information in a constructive manner.

Responsibilities of the Joy Fields Supervisor

1- All employees without exception must welcome customers with a smile and greeting (Welcome, please)

2- All employees without exception must be aware of and adhere to the store's rules and policies (attached)

3- Monitoring the wooden door during the supervisor's presence in the store. In case of crowding, the supervisor stands by the wooden door to assist the cashier in controlling the door, fitting children with bracelets, and monitoring the schedule (Google Sheet). If the children's time is about to end, the cashier should be notified to contact the parents and inform them of the approaching end time and offer an additional hour for 20 riyals.

Important Note:
No worker is allowed to open the wooden door and exit without showing the invoice to the cashier *store rules*
And if the worker needs to contact her supervisor, she must ask for help from the supervisor or the cashier and is prohibited from leaving the wooden door with the child under any circumstances.

4- Supervising the organization of the hall (the safety of children by making a supervisory round inside the maze every hour and organizing the accompanying persons by not allowing them to sit on the stairs or in the play areas)

5- Supervising the arrangement of the toys and placing them in their designated area and directing the cleaning worker to arrange them.

6- Supervising the cleanliness of the hall and the waiting table (eating and drinking inside the game hall is prohibited) *store rules* and directing the cleaning worker in case of any violations (napkins or similar) on the floor.

7- Supervising the cleanliness of the bathrooms and directing the cleaning worker to place napkins at the end and go out to throw the diapers outside the store if present to avoid unpleasant odors.

8- Organizing games and physical activities such as musical chairs and lost heart, and so on every hour with the children and assisting a child in completing an artistic work if purchased.

9- Politely reminding the client upon exit for feedback, "I am with you, so-and-so, and I would be happy for your feedback on Google".
