A host(ess) is required to work in a prestigious restaurant, with a stylish appearance and an engaging, polite personality, with or without experience. They will be responsible for welcoming guests with a smile and greeting them, managing the waiting lists, and guiding customers to their tables in a professional manner. It is preferred to be fluent in both Arabic and English, with the ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly and efficiently.

Main tasks:

• Welcoming guests at the entrance of the restaurant

• Efficiently organizing and managing waiting lists

• Guiding customers to their tables and providing menus

• Coordinating with the table service staff and restaurant management

• Responding to customer inquiries and telephone reservations

• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the reception area

• Dealing with complaints and feedback in a professional manner

• Assisting in organizing special events and large bookings

• Welcoming visitors or clients, directing them to the responsible person or the appropriate office.
• Ensuring that visitors register upon their arrival at the reception area and saving their data on the computer.
• Ensuring that the reception area is organized and contains all necessary office supplies such as pens, brochures, and work-related papers.

Responsibilities of the Joy Fields Supervisor

1- All employees without exception must welcome customers with a smile and greeting (Welcome, please)

2- All employees without exception must be aware of and adhere to the store's rules and policies (attached)

3- Monitoring the wooden door during the supervisor's presence in the store. In case of crowding, the supervisor stands by the wooden door to assist the cashier in controlling the door, fitting children with bracelets, and monitoring the schedule (Google Sheet). If the children's time is about to end, the cashier should be notified to contact the parents and inform them of the approaching end time and offer an additional hour for 20 riyals.

Important Note:
No worker is allowed to open the wooden door and exit without showing the invoice to the cashier *store rules*
And if the worker needs to contact her supervisor, she must ask for help from the supervisor or the cashier and is prohibited from leaving the wooden door with the child under any circumstances.

4- Supervising the organization of the hall (the safety of children by making a supervisory round inside the maze every hour and organizing the accompanying persons by not allowing them to sit on the stairs or in the play areas)

5- Supervising the arrangement of the toys and placing them in their designated area and directing the cleaning worker to arrange them.

6- Supervising the cleanliness of the hall and the waiting table (eating and drinking inside the game hall is prohibited) *store rules* and directing the cleaning worker in case of any violations (napkins or similar) on the floor.

7- Supervising the cleanliness of the bathrooms and directing the cleaning worker to place napkins at the end and go out to throw the diapers outside the store if present to avoid unpleasant odors.

8- Organizing games and physical activities such as musical chairs and lost heart, and so on every hour with the children and assisting a child in completing an artistic work if purchased.

9- Politely reminding the client upon exit for feedback, "I am with you, so-and-so, and I would be happy for your feedback on Google".

• Train housekeepers on cleaning tasks and oversee staff on a daily basis.
• Check rooms and common areas for cleanliness.
• Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence.
• Establish cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Motivate team members and resolve any issues that arise.
• Respond to customer complaints and special requests promptly.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies.
• Participate in large cleaning projects as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.
• Conduct daily inspections across the project site.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.

Providing an upscale reception and hospitality experience for clients and visitors, and contributing to maintaining a clean and organized work environment within the office, reflecting the professionalism of the company and its attention to detail.
