Role Overview: The Food Quality Associate will be responsible for checking the quality of all incoming and outgoing materials and products, as well as ensuring that production procedures meet our rigorous quality standards.
Main Responsibilities: - Maintain records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation.
- Formulate procedures to inspect and report quality issues.
- Monitor all operations that affect quality.
- Implement preventative measures to prevent health hazards.
- Ensure all required checklists are met regularly.
- Conduct multiple audits on the floor and with suppliers.
- Collaborate with other departments to address quality and safety issues.
- Implement root cause analysis with suppliers.
- Ensure production processes comply with quality standards.
- Train the team on food safety and improve operations through effective policies.
Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Pharmacology, Biological Sciences, or a relevant degree. You should have a general knowledge of quality standard methodologies and excellent communication skills in English.
