• Lead and optimize warehouse operations, focusing on AutoStore system management and team performance.
• Coordinate daily workflows of the AutoStore outbound team for efficient execution.
• Monitor system dashboards, assist with technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Provide training and support to team members on efficient workflows and operational standards.
• Effectively manage tasks from goods receipt to dispatch ensuring productivity and quality.

• High school diploma required; higher education in logistics or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and knowledge of warehouse management systems.

• Application Support: Monitor application performance and availability, proactively detecting issues.
• User Assistance: Assist end-users with application-related queries via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
• Reporting & Insights: Generate regular reports on application incidents and trends for IT management.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives to enhance support efficiency and user experience.

Basic Tasks:

Receiving customers and communicating with them via mobile and WhatsApp.

Coordinating work with technicians in the workshop.

Pricing services and requesting necessary parts.

Following up and organizing customer appointments.

Later: Learning to use the laptop and Excel program to organize work and reports.

Requirements:

Proficiency in English (at least a good level).
