We are seeking a passionate and organized Exhibitions & Conferences Specialist to join our team at a leading transportation services company in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and coordinating events along with the ability to manage logistics and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize exhibitions, conferences, and transportation-related events.
• Coordinate with vendors and organizers to ensure smooth execution.
• Develop event schedules, budgets, and logistics requirements.
• Oversee event implementation from start to finish.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure event objectives are met.
• Prepare post-event reports and evaluate success indicators.
• Support event marketing and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15 years of hands-on experience in exhibitions or event coordination.
• Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and event planning software.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
